Prices and currency
Payment is in euro (EUR). The basket shows goods, VAT where applicable, delivery and the total before payment. Product prices recorded in a submitted order do not change when the catalogue is later updated.
Payment provider
Card and other methods displayed at checkout are processed by Stripe. The buyer uses secure Stripe Checkout; Ego motor, UAB receives status and transaction references, not the full card number or security code.
Available methods vary by country, currency, device and Stripe configuration and are shown in the payment window.
Payment confirmation
An order is treated as paid only after trusted confirmation from Stripe. Closing checkout, a decline or incomplete bank authentication may leave it unpaid.
Do not retry while the bank is still processing. For a possible duplicate payment, contact through the secure contact form with the order number, amount and date.
Invoices and records
Enter accurate personal or company billing details before payment. Order records and, once prepared, an invoice may be delivered by email or through the secure order page.
A payment receipt is not necessarily a VAT invoice. Request corrections before the final invoice is issued.
Cancellations and refunds
A full or partial refund is initiated once approved under the order and returns policies. Funds go to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
The order page clearly indicates a cancelled and refunded order or a partial refund.
Security and help
Checkout uses HTTPS and Stripe security controls. Never send a card number, CVC or banking password by email or order message.
For payment support contact through the secure contact form or +37061717182 and quote the order number.
