Ego motor, UAB, company number 302503583, VAT number LT100005960415, registered at Šilo g. 78, Seniūnų k., Pakuonio sen., LT-59316 Prienų r., is the seller of the goods offered on this website.
These terms apply to consumers and businesses. Consumers retain all mandatory rights under Lithuanian and European Union law. Additional terms may be agreed separately with business buyers.
Products, OEM codes and compatibility
We sell new genuine BMW car and motorcycle parts. Images may be illustrative; the OEM code and product description are the main product identifiers.
- Check the OEM code before ordering or provide a VIN so that compatibility can be assessed.
- A VIN check helps prevent mistakes, but final compatibility remains the buyer’s responsibility unless the seller has expressly confirmed in writing that a particular part is suitable.
- Supplier stock may change. If an item cannot be sourced, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for it.
Order and contract formation
The buyer selects the goods and delivery method, enters accurate contact and delivery details, accepts the applicable policies and confirms the order. The contract is formed once payment has been accepted and an order number has been issued.
Confirmation is sent to the supplied email address. Contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.
Prices and payment
The final summary displays product prices, applicable taxes and delivery charges in euro. Prices including VAT are the default view for consumers.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Ego motor, UAB does not store full payment-card details. Fulfilment begins after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery and fulfilment
Choose collection from the seller or a delivery service available at checkout. The stated 1–2 week estimate is indicative and may change due to manufacturer, supplier, carrier, customs or other circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.

Changes and cancellation
Contact us before dispatch if you need a change. Once a part has been ordered from a supplier or prepared for shipping, a change may no longer be possible.
The seller may cancel all or part of an order if an item becomes unavailable, there is an obvious technical pricing error, or payment cannot be verified. Any amount paid for an unfulfilled part is returned through the original payment method.
Liability, governing law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Please first send a written request to through the secure contact form. We will respond to a consumer claim within the period required by law. If no agreement is reached, consumers may apply to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or a competent court.
