Delivery options
At checkout you may select collection from Šilo g. 78, Seniūnų k., Pakuonio sen., LT-59316 Prienų r. or delivery to the entered address where available for the selected country. Only travel to collect after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
Delivery charges
The charge is calculated from the order’s total weight, destination country and the configured shipping zone. It appears in the basket before payment.
Import duties, brokerage fees and local taxes outside the European Union are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise, and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Estimated times
A 1–2 week estimate is commonly shown but is not guaranteed. Parts are often sourced directly from the manufacturer or supplier, so availability, transport, holidays and customs can affect timing.
We will use an order message or email to inform you of a material delay.
Address and receiving a parcel
Provide the correct recipient, country, street and building or unit number, postal code, city, phone and email. The buyer may be responsible for reasonable extra costs caused by an incorrect address.
Inspect the outer packaging on receipt. Photograph visible damage, note it with the carrier where possible and notify us promptly.
Tracking and uncollected parcels
Once the carrier issues a tracking number, it is displayed on the order page and sent by email. Carrier tracking may take time to update.
If an uncollected parcel is returned, reasonable return and re-delivery costs may be charged or deducted where permitted by law.
