Data we process
- Account and identity data, such as name, username, role and account preferences.
- Contact and billing data, including email, phone, company details, billing and delivery addresses.
- Order data, including OEM codes, quantities, prices, VIN, notes, status, messages, shipment and invoice details.
- Payment data, including payment status, Stripe transaction identifiers and refunds. We do not receive or store full card details.
- Technical and usage data, such as shortened or hashed IP information, browser, device, language, cookie choice, visits, OEM searches and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: taking and fulfilling orders, payment, delivery, accounts and service messages.
- Legal obligation: accounting, taxation, consumer requests and binding authority requests.
- Legitimate interests: system security, fraud prevention, operational analysis, dispute and incident management.
- Consent: optional analytics or another function where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn.
Recipients and international transfers
Where necessary, data may be shared with Stripe, carriers, email, hosting and IT providers, accountants, suppliers and public authorities. Providers receive only what is needed for their task.
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an appropriate transfer mechanism is used, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Retention
- Order and accounting documents are retained for the statutory period, normally up to 10 years.
- Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
- Enquiries and correspondence are normally kept for up to 2 years, or longer for a dispute or legal duty.
- Analytics follows the cookie-policy periods; security logs are kept as long as reasonably needed to identify incidents.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email through the secure contact form; we may reasonably verify identity before disclosing data.
You may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
